Why Annual Furnace Maintenance Matters

Most furnace breakdowns are preventable. A yearly inspection and tune-up catches failing components before they leave you without heat on the coldest night of the year — and keeps your system running at peak efficiency, which lowers your gas or electric bill.

We recommend scheduling maintenance in early fall — before the first cold snap hits — so you know your system is ready.

What's Included in Our Tune-Up

• Inspect and clean heat exchanger
• Test ignitor, flame sensor, and gas valve
• Check and lubricate blower motor and bearings
• Inspect and clean burners
• Test and calibrate thermostat
• Check flue and exhaust for blockages
• Inspect electrical connections and controls
• Replace air filter (standard 1" — filter included)
• Measure temperature rise and system airflow
• Check carbon monoxide levels
