Why Annual AC Maintenance Matters

Most air conditioner failures happen during the hottest days of the year — when your system is working hardest. Annual spring maintenance catches worn components, dirty coils, and low refrigerant before they cause a breakdown in 95-degree July heat.

A well-maintained AC also runs more efficiently, which directly lowers your summer energy bills. We recommend scheduling in April or May, before the first real heat wave.

What's Included in Our AC Tune-Up

• Inspect and clean condenser coil (outdoor unit)
• Check and clean evaporator coil (indoor unit)
• Measure refrigerant charge
• Inspect and test capacitors and contactor
• Check and lubricate all moving parts
• Inspect electrical connections and controls
• Test thermostat calibration
• Clear condensate drain line
• Check system airflow and supply/return temperatures
• Inspect and test compressor operation
• Replace air filter (standard 1" — filter included)
